Build a named list mapping each group to the vector of sample_names in that group, preserving the current sample order.

getSampleGroups2(qseaSet)

Arguments

qseaSet

qseaSet. Object providing the sample table (must contain sample_name and group). Default: none (must be supplied).

Value

A named list of character vectors, where each list name is a group and each element is the ordered vector of sample names in that group.

Details

Groups are taken from the group column of the sampleTable. The order of samples within each group reflects their current order in the qseaSet. Useful for per-group plotting or aggregation utilities.

Examples
